Update 2/24/26: Supply Chain Council requested this initiative be suspended, at least temporarily while Vizient works Lab Categories more methodically.  Will revisit if Vizient is not able to add value. ds

HC1 (Accumen) is a Laboratory Services provider That has been pursuing independent opportunities with TPC Members.  Hendrick and Shannon Supply CHain Leaders have asked TPC to create a master terms agreement with them in order to pursue various aspects of their portfolio while having cover under TPC MSA.  Initial TTV is unknown at this time due to expected limited uptake until Members choose to engage.  Subordinate agreements will need to be executed for Member engagement.  For Lab Operations Services, Members and HC1 will be free to engage through local subordinate.  For ANY sourcing engagements, a 3 party agreement will be needed in order for TPC to vet out no TPC or TPC Member negative impacts.  

11/19 - hc1 submitted a pricing proposal and a redline.  David responded to pricing proposal with counter.  Legal document (redlines) under review by David at this time.
