Situation 
In 2025 YTD, the Pharmacy Aggregation Groups spent ~ $146M on trastuzumab across all account types.
There are recent entrants and continued dynamic pricing in the trastuzumab market.
Background
Trastuzumab, reference product Herceptin, acts to inhibit the proliferation of human tumor cells that overexpress HER2.
Trastuzumab is FDA approved for:
The treatment of HER2 overexpressing breast cancer 
The treatment of HER2 overexpressing metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma  
Assessment
Preferred positioning of biosimilars continue to erode reference product utilization and present opportunity for continued biosimilar growth 
Multiple biosimilars allow the potential to obtain value by aligning to specifically identified supplier(s) and contracting in this space
Based on member feedback, a strategy of dual preferred supplier awards, with consideration of an access award is recommended
